So I needed a new wig for an event, and my friend told me about Empress. I picked up a Synthetic Lace Front Wig, and it got here way quicker than I thought, like, only took 4 days to reach Phoenix. It was super easy to put on too. Pretty happy with it, felt good wearing it out. Definitely a smooth experience overall.

Bought Human Hair Wigs. Shipping was prompt. Hair was soft. Exactly what I expected. No issues.
Mostly good, one small issue
I purchased a 13x4 Lace Frontal and it arrived within a week, which was decent. The hair quality itself was good, very soft and true to length. My only minor gripe was that the knots weren't as bleached as I'd hoped, so I had to do a bit more work myself to get the natural look I wanted. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it did add an extra step. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product for the price, just wish the pre-bleached knots were a bit better.
